The customer came with a Audi A6, TFSI, model year 2015, with a 2-litre turbo petrol engine in our Savtrans Berlin garage. He noticed that a squeaking noise could be heard when cornering and that the steering wheel shook on uneven roads.

Immediately after his arrival, we carried out an inspection of the vehicle and found the following:
- Cracks and heavy wear on the silentblocs on the control arms
- Weak ball joints on the wishbones
We then informed the customer about the condition of the parts and suggested replacing them with original spare parts. The customer agreed and we ordered the parts. The work took about 2 hours.

After replacing the control arms, we checked the driving behaviour of the vehicle, made sure that there were no more squeaking noises and found that the steering wheel was now stable. The customer was satisfied with our work and the speed with which it was completed.
