- Unknown metallic knocking from under the bonnet
- Engine vibrations

Diagnosis of rocker arm damage in a car workshop Berlin
- The vehicle was driven onto the lift
- A visual inspection was carried out
- A computer with appropriate software was connected
During the diagnosis, it was found that a camshaft rocker had disintegrated.
The rocker arm is an important component of the valve train, responsible for transmitting force from the camshaft to the valves. If a rocker arm is defective, the valve can no longer be opened or closed, which leads to serious problems in engine operation.

Rocker arm on VW Crafter 2.0 TDI replacement - repair in Berlin
Master Andrey removed the valve cover to gain access to the rocker arms. He then unscrewed the cylinder head. Upon inspection, he identified which of the camshaft levers was defective.
He checked the other camshaft levers for wear and defects. He ordered a new original part. Before installation, everything was cleaned and freed from old oil residue. After the engine was reassembled with the new rocker arm installed, we took a test drive and ensured that everything was working smoothly.
