A Renault Master III, 1.6 dCi, year of construction 2022, came to the workshop with the problem of a loss of traction and was constantly switching to emergency mode. The customer immediately informed us that the problem could not be found in one of the workshops he had visited before us.
Our masters from Savtrans Berlin garage carried out a very thorough diagnosis and inspection of the vehicle and established the following:
The cables running next to the exhaust pipe were short-circuited.
In the photo you can see how the cables have melted because they were touching the hot exhaust pipe due to a defective attachment.
Once the problem had been discovered, electrician Stas set to work. He removed the damaged cables, replaced them and carefully concealed everything. A new fixing was then fitted and the cables were secured.
