A customer came with a Mazda 5, 1.8, year of manufacture 2009, into our Savtrans Berlin garage. He had noticed that the vehicle was jerking when changing gears and a loud noise could be heard from the cabin.

During the diagnosis, it was determined that the noises and vibrations were coming from the gearbox. It turned out that the customer had not changed the gearbox oil for a long time and an urgent oil change was required.
